Companies are revving environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) developments by reviewing their goal and implanting these values into their adaptation plans, putting worker well-being and business resilience at the vanguard by pinpointing the individual's unique health, wealth, and wellbeing requirements; and infusing flexibility into work models and configurations to become future-ready companies.

More than four out of ten (41 %) companies today want to concentrate staff upskilling and reskilling on important talent pools. In contrast, more than a quarter (27 %) of firms strive to prioritize upskilling and reskilling this year; just one in five plans to reward skill adoption or change as a means of activating transformation.
Moreover, 31 % of businesses concentrate on developing remote working abilities, concentrating on virtual collaboration.
Employers concentrate on three areas to form a trusted and high-performing worker experience: flexibility, innovation and co-creation, and process improvisation.
Most businesses were able to manage their company culture while transitioning to a blended work model (76 %), renouncing micromanagement of worker behavior (69 %), engaging in a process to find the most desired benefits for various groups of employees (71 %), and deploying design thinking and engaging strategies to co-create new employee experiences (71 %) (67 %).
